Chipping Away
It was a normal day at Montclair State University. But while the students and staff went through their day-to-day routines, an excited Kanaby was carefully tearing down a wall with more than 100 years. He was a construction worker, so he respected the great work done by his peers back in 1908.
Kanaby took his time, enjoying the process and the peaceful academic environment around him. At that time, he couldn’t imagine that his gentle approach to demolishing those 100-year-old walls would turn out to be so crucial…
