Let’s Converse About Converse
Marques Mills Converse founded the Converse brand in 1908, and during the Second World War, the company even helped to make boots for the American military. In 2003, Nike purchased Converse for $309 million, and in 2018, the brand collaborated with the South Korean pop band “BTS.”
The unexpected collaboration resulted in the creation of the Chuck Taylor All-Star sneakers, which featured the members of “BT21,” an animated, fictional-character version of “BTS.” As for the sneaker in the photo, we’re pretty sure it’s an original homemade creation!
