Choo-Choo: All Aboard!
Train travel may not be the most popular form of transportation, but it is still highly regarded as a public mode of transport and is generally thought of as being the safest. The United States reportedly had approximately 32.5 billion passengers per 0.62 miles traveling by train.
Ticket prices for shorter trips can cost as little as $20, while longer journeys can be as expensive as $400. The American Public Transportation Association reported that people are ten times safer when using public transportation than when using a car.
