“You Need to See What I’ve Found!”

Sharon Mahoney, the Montclair State uni director of construction management, was minding her busy schedule when she heard some loud stepping outside her office. Accustomed to the peacefulness of the campus, she realized immediately something wasn’t right.

To her surprise, she opened her office door and found a panting man outside. She recognized him right away: it was Robert Kanaby, the construction worker she’d hired that morning to start demolitions at College Hall. “Miss Mahoney,” he said, looking profoundly excited, “You need to see what I’ve found!”
