Further Investigation Of The Problem
Despite their size, bees give off a strong heat signature, even more so when they’re in a hive. Bees are actually one of the few insects that generate heat, which they create by contracting and relaxing their flight muscles. They distribute the heat across the hive with their movement.
This is why Glover has a thermal imaging camera. By using it to locate a heat source, he can pinpoint the location of a hive in a wall without doing damage. A hive is determined by a shaped heat signature on the wall.
