The National Embryo Donation Center
Not long after, Aaron and Rachel paid a visit to the National Embryo Donation Center. They selected this institution because it was in line with their religious beliefs. Their website even states that their mission is “to protect the lives and dignity of human embryos.”
As they learned more about what they had to do, the Halberts realized that the process of IVF involved a lot more work than the process of adoption. The possibility of giving up, however, was never on the table.
