Joining the Amherst College Glee Club
Long before “Glee” became a cultural phenomenon, Prince Albert II was an original “Gleek” at Amherst College. He happily donned choir robes to tour the Middle East and Europe with the college’s Glee Club.
It seemed the prince was embracing his inner nerd, devoting time to academics and harmonies rather than tabloid-worthy antics. He was also in good company; David Foster Wallace, Dan Brown, and even a U.S. president, Calvin Coolidge, were notable alumni of the Glee Club.
