BIRTHDAYS BRING DEATH CLOSER
Thinking about death can be saddening, even though we know it’s a natural part of life. Every birthday indicates that we are one year closer to the grave. And on average, once we turn 18, we have approximately 3,300 weekends and 57 summers left to enjoy. This realization can dampen the excitement of birthday celebrations.
However, with a global life expectancy of 73 years in 2022, we have many weekends to plan adventurous experiences. So it’s time to start living each day like it could be the last.
