A Hot Tub in a Beach Basement

Basements are common in certain parts of the USA. While houses near the coast can have basements, they are rare, primarily because of the water table in those regions. Building a basement can be cumbersome in areas with a higher water table.

The levels of underground water are close to the surface. In this particular beach basement, cleaning is one of the least concerning. But is that a hot tub in the middle? Sand is, of course, annoying. But if that’s a hot tub, it’s a complete nightmare.
