“The hardest step is sometimes starting”
Generally, people with executive dysfunction find it challenging to handle frustration, start and finish tasks, follow directions, and balance different life activities. There is no denying that people with ADHD can relate to these and admittedly confess that most times, the hardest stop in doing something is starting.

Luckily, various opportunities are provided if one would like to improve these characteristics. Some include going to a professional, scrolling through comic blogs, and finding relatable people!
