Life coaches may instruct anyone to purchase a planner to organize their daily lives. Planners are not bad, but assuming it works just fine for everyone is inappropriate.

For instance, people with ADHD struggle to think through the details and cannot concentrate on mapping out schedules or detailing daily plans. This reminds us that sometimes, it is more worthy to sit and listen than help without consideration.
