“When you can’t hear what they’re saying but you’ve already asked them to repeat”
Everyone might experience zoning out here and there occasionally, but it could be a bit more challenging for anyone with ADHD. Psychotherapist Terry Matlen explained that one could have difficulty with conversation and thus get easily distracted.

As a result, one could lose track of what the other person is saying, and when it is time, rambling and monopolizing the conversation is at hand. With a busy mind, we sometimes wish they won’t notice.
