Unfortunately, most people are unaware of the deal-breakers when picking out pets from wild animals, so it’s easy to get fooled by bear cubs thinking they are dogs. Moreover, the prospect of getting an exotic breed for cheap is alluring.
In one of these cases, a young man in Arizona, US, adopted a stray puppy and called him Neo. Things went well until the puppy grew up a year later, and the family realized they were rearing a wolf. That’s when everything clicked, and the young man realized why his pet wasn’t domesticated.
