Despite spending most of his time indoors, Little Black’s incessant growth spurts meant that the animal had less and less space to move about. Sadly, Su Yun was handicapped since she couldn’t let her dog walk around the backyard lest the neighbors saw the animal and raised the alarm.

Moreover, the family couldn’t even walk their dog casually as they feared the attention they would command. Imagine walking on the street and seeing someone walking their dog on a leash only for it to stand on its hind legs. This would inadvertently cause a flurry of events that Su Yun was not ready to deal with.
