Jackie’s actions are not out of the ordinary as she isn’t the first lady in history to breastfeed in public. Even so, it’s not easy for mothers to feed their babies outvin the open due to the constant weird gazes cast upon them whenever they do.
That’s why some mothers resort to covering their kids under a blanket but let’s be pragmatic for a moment and think how that sounds. It’s not normal for anyone to eat under a blanket, nor is it comfortable. Therefore, it’s not a good idea to feed babies under the cover of fabric. It’s about time people embraced this occurrence and treated it like a normal situation.
