Meaty Fingers
Originally known as the frankfurter, this fast-food recipe is now a staple of American games, and it wouldn’t be the same without sausages. Sausages are made from ground meat such as mutton, beef, or pork, which is encased in a casing.
Historically, the intestines of animals were used for making sausages. More recently, though, collagen and cellulose are among the main ingredients. According to a survey shared by Statista, a whopping 13.65 million Americans consume five or more pounds of sausages annually.
