Kindness to the Flight Attendants Is Important
Flight attendants’ official duty is to ensure the safety of passengers. In practice, they frequently play various other roles, such as a nanny, nurse, and waitress, with little recognition for their efforts. Instead, they must attend to irate, exhausted customers, infants, and travelers who are ill.
A straightforward way to show appreciation for the hard work of airline employees is to treat them like the seasoned pros they are. It doesn’t hurt to show gratitude, compassion, or a compliment.
