Whether there are certain standard beauty and physical criteria for flight attendants is a popular one. While each airline will have its unique response to this question, there are certain common qualities that all good ones seek in their flight attendants.

First and foremost, a flight attendant must be physically healthy and able to perform the job’s duties, including standing for extended periods of time and juggling bags. They must also always appear neat and presentable at all times.
