Bringing the kitten home was another phase the woman had to get through. Her daughter’s excitement knew no bounds, and she named it Kay. From the looks of it, Kay was male and was just a few weeks old. It had barely opened its eyes, which meant it had detached from its mother too early.

Although they were self-sufficient, she knew Kay would need special attention, just like every newborn. Cats are known to be associated with milk, so that was a good start. But, it is also a fact that most of them are lactose-intolerant, which only confused things further.
