Speed Limits
The driver initially assumed that they had been pulled over for speeding. The speed limit varies depending on the highway the driver is on. On a rural interstate highway, speeds up to 70 miles per hour are allowed. But drivers can also not dip below 45 miles per hour.
On the other hand, on a four-lane divided highway, the limit is fixed at 65 miles per hour. As for all other roads in the United States, it is 55 miles per hour.
