A Call From Patrol, There’s a Woman in Labor!
Michael said that he had grown up on Poe Place, and Matthew’s suspicions were confirmed. He started telling Michael the story of what had happened when he was a young officer with just four years of experience. He was asked to report to a house on Poe Place where a woman was in labor.
The woman had recognized her state and called her husband. Unfortunately, she did not realize the time constraint and realized that she was about to deliver the baby while still far from the hospital.
