Charles Loves Iguanas, Apparently
Prince Charles is pictured here again looking like he was having a blast stroking a blue iguana that people called Peter at the Royal Botanic Park in 2019. We know the Prince of Wales loves dogs, but now we wonder if he could bring a reptile as a pet.
According to the Smithsonian Institution, the Grand Cayman’s biggest native land vertebrate is a “rock iguana,” known for its robust body. These lizards can grow over 5 feet long, from nose to tail tip.
