Meeting The In-Laws

This photograph, captured during a banquet held for the Commonwealth Heads of Government in 2007, suggests that Prince Charles’ second spouse had a good rapport with her in-laws, at least with the Queen. Camilla and Her Majesty smile broadly, while Prince Philip appears slightly displeased.

Nonetheless, this was probably just a poorly timed picture. We can’t help but adore the women’s sparkling pieces of jewelry. One of the most notable crowns of Queen Elizabeth is the Imperial State Crown, which she also wore during her coronation.
