Sadly, it was a brief curtain call for him and Irene; their faces vanished from the screen. However, these lovebirds made a nostalgic cameo as a couple once more in the 1993 film, “Dennis the Menace.” Ah, to be reunited on celluloid—that’s showbiz magic.
