Regis Philbin – Started At Age 57

Regis Philbin jumpstarted his career as a page for “The Tonight Show” before serving as an announcer. He worked in TV for almost three decades before finally achieving national renown for “Live with Regis and Kathie Lee.” He began hosting the show in 1988 at 57.

In 1999, Regis started hosting “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.” He presented the ABC game show that originally came from Britain until 2002.
