Two Differently Sized Pupils
It is easier to assume this woman had her recent contact lenses appointment, but an actual condition affects people. It turned out that this woman was born with Bowie eyes or anisocoria. People with this have one pupil that functions well, and the other one remains in a fixed position.
Luckily, it does not lead to potentially life-threatening emergencies though it looked dangerous in the photo. It is believed that about one in five people are born with it, making it a rare yet solvable issue.
