Freckles are a familiar thing to people of all races. However, this guy stands out because he only has freckles on one side of his face. This rare occurrence can either result from a genetic condition during pregnancy in the womb or too much exposure to sunlight while growing up.

Having freckles also depends from one person to another, depending on their genes and skin type. A person who is genetically more predisposed to freckles will easily trigger its presence during sunlight exposure.
