Inverted Pupil

This woman has her pupil on the bottom of her eye, making it look like it wants to escape the realms of the eyeball. Less than 10,000 babies are born with this rare condition called coloboma, and it is considered one of the rarest traits anyone could have.

This can happen in a person when an eye tissue is missing and can affect either one or both eyes. Colobomas involving the iris retain good vision and have light sensitivity, whereas those involving the retina experience vision loss.
