“Cat-Eyed” Boy From China Has Built-in Night Vision
Nong Youhui’s parents brought their son to a doctor in the province of Guanxi, China, after realizing his eyes were light blue. The village doctor assured them it was fine, only when Nong Youhui’s teacher investigated further and proved that he could see in the dark.
The news spread among towns, and reporters flocked to see the young boy’s situation. His life changed forever as he earned a spot in the Guinness World Record as the first human who could see in the dark.
