Partially Concealed Pupil
This scenario is similar to that of a web overtaking a small territory in movies, yet the reality of the photo is even more surprising. This is a real case of a person who has a persistent pupillary membrane, a condition that makes a strand of tissue cross the pupil.
Contrary to how shocking and terrifying it looks on the camera, the persistent pupillary membrane is usually asymptomatic. It also does not significantly impact the person, and most people have no problem with vision.
