If bees were the reason for the strange sound, it would make perfect sense. Bees live in hive colonies, which means thousands of bees would be contributing to the noise. But why would bees choose to live in your walls?
Contrary to popular belief, bees aren’t picky about where they nest. As a matter of fact, there is a particular type of bee called the Masonry Bee that lives in holes in walls. They don’t nest though and live alone instead. But it couldn’t be just one bee making this noise, right? To find out, the family turned to Tennessee bee expert, David Glover.
