Lucy Liu Explores Childhood Through Paintings
We know Lucy Liu through her films like “Charlie’s Angels” and “Kill Bill,” but fans rarely know their idols’ childhood. Since she was young, she has been a big fan of art, exploring different media such as photography and sculpture, but nothing appealed more to her than painting.
Speaking to Artsy, Liu noted how art helped illuminate what she didn’t understand about herself. She’s exhibited at the Napa Valley Museum in Yountville, California, and the National Museum of Singapore.
