Aaron Maybin’s Activism Shines Through His Artworks

We don’t expect to mix art and sports, but it isn’t entirely impossible, as former footballer Aaron Maybin proves. The athlete, who played for the New York Jets and Buffalo Bills, is also an activist and uses his talent to teach and spread awareness.

While Maybin developed his passion for art when he was young, this heightened when his mother died. He noted that it was through this hobby that he could cope with what he was dealing with.
