Happy… But Unsatisfied
Soon enough, Aaron and Rachel learned that being a parent is as much of a gift as it is hard work. While they never regretted their decision to adopt two African-American children, they had their hands full—in a good way—for years and years to come.

As they learned about the ins and outs of parenting, sharing the good and bad times, Aaron and Rachel realized that there was still a glimpse of emptiness in their lives. “Two is good,” they thought, “But three is even better.”
