In between Hollywood starlets, Prince Albert II also had rumored romances with true-blue royalty, like Catherine Oxenberg, the daughter of Princess Elizabeth of Yugoslavia. It seemed Albert couldn’t shake off his “wandering eye” and was forever searching for the next romantic adventure.
This chronic restlessness led to short-lived relationships. French actress Catherine Alric put it poignantly when she returned the flowers Albert had sent her, with a note stating, “Love without faithfulness is like a flower without sun.”
