Maligning Her Father

One theory was that Holly had kept her locks long her whole life due to pressure from her father. Her dad was described as a man that believed a woman was pretty if the length of her locks was long.

Holly refuted this theory and said that her pops held no such outdated notions. In fact, he had never commented on her appearance. In her words, her father was a “good man” and all these articles were a “huge lie.”
