Sue Vanner
The James Bond series has had several blink-and-you’ll-miss-her types of Bond girls. One who stands out is Sue Vanner from “The Spy Who Loved Me” in 1977. She appears so briefly that all we know of her name is Martine Blanchaud, which comes from the novel version.
Better still, we could call her the “Log Cabin Girl,” who set James Bond up for death the minute he left the comfort of her bear-skin rug. Still, she ought to have featured more.
