A rumor was circulating in 2021 that claimed if a Disney worker passed away while in costume at Disney World, other employees were instructed to seat them on a bench to maintain the illusion until the park closed. However, historians of The Walt Disney Company have debunked this, and no proof of such a policy has been found.
Thousands of Disney employees are members of the Service Trades Council Union, and their agreement with the company will not allow for something like that; no need to be alarmed.
