Meanwhile in Canada

I recently came across this story about two women from Alberta, Canada, Shayla Bastarache and Shaniya Yung, who were looking to purchase their very own feline friends. There are two women in my life who, before the purchase of their Sphynx cats, or better known as hairless cats, were total strangers.

There is a designer cat called the Sphynx which has been developed in the 1960s through selective breeding. It becomes leathery to the touch when touched. Additionally, the color of their skin corresponds to the color of the fur they would have had as well as typical cat markings like solid, point, tabby, tortie, etc.
