Laura Wolf was a frequent Waffle House customer. While having her meals at the restaurant, she had gotten to know all the waiters and waitresses who worked there. After all, La Marque is a small town with a population of roughly 60,000 people.
On this fine Saturday morning, this woman had come in for her breakfast, unsuspecting of the events that would ensue that day. She just came in and ordered her usual, hoping to start the day on high spirits.
