As per the Eating Well website, Rebel Wilson made headlines when she revealed she had lost 77 pounds by sticking to 1,500 calories or less. After attending a wellness retreat, she changed to a high-protein diet, monitored her calorie intake, drank plenty of water, and began walking.
Some thought she had given in to Hollywood’s beauty ideals, but the “Pitch Perfect” star quickly dismissed the speculation. Wilson declared 2020 her Year of Health.
