Barrymore got a personal trainer, dedicated herself to practicing yoga, and took daily workouts more seriously than she had in the past. The actress encouraged her fans by saying, “Just so you know, if I can do this, anyone can do it.”
Well, anyone with thousands of dollars to shell out for a celebrity trainer. We get her point, though — and given that there are plenty of free workouts on YouTube, she’s right.
