Halsey gave a voice to mothers everywhere when she shared that her appearance right after giving birth was not expected of all new mothers. She said her outfit and the lighting had been tailored to help her feel good and do her job.
The “Control” singer-songwriter clarified that she did not want to add to the pressure of feeling and looking good immediately after giving birth. Halsey even shared photos of how birth changed her body after her 2021 “Saturday Night Live” performance.
