Winnie Harlow
Winnie Harlow’s rise to fame began when she became a contestant on “America’s Next Top Model.” She was subjected to criticism as Yu Tsai continued to call her “panda” even after she asked him not to. This nickname referenced her vitiligo, an autoimmune disorder that causes certain parts of the skin to lack color.
Despite this, Harlow told BBC that her skin does not define her. She knows she is beautiful, and that’s all that matters.
