“I make a list… which leads to other lists, and lists of lists… and I get nothing done”
One of the Harvard articles discussed the effectiveness of decluttering home and office spaces for people with ADHD. Doing so gives an appealing work environment and helps one to keep important items easy to access and plans to accomplish quickly.
While that can be a helpful tip, we can assume one has already attempted this solution before, and we also understand if it could be hard to maintain. Some days the thoughts might be louder and spread like fire.
