“Just back and forth”
It’s safe to say that both thoughts make a good point. Everyone needs to rest and unwind, but at some point, one should also work and not waste time. Balancing these two is not easy, especially for someone who struggles with focus and getting things done.

As advised by Psych Central, one may find that they can be more productive when they work at night since there are fewer distractions. Perhaps it’s okay to swing back and forth sometimes.
