Am I a Bad Mother?

You know a person has gotten to the end of the road when they come on the internet to reveal something that truly counts as a deep, dark secret. Mothers are expected to be accommodating and benevolent, always putting the needs of their children above their own.

And this mother feels like she’s too tired to keep up with that expectation. Her decision to put her child in a residential facility for the disabled isn’t particularly awful, except she intends to forget his existence.
