Mamie Gummer – Meryl Streep’s Daughter

Have you heard of the heart touching story of how Academy Award winner Meryl Streep met her husband, Don Gummer? She was mourning the death of her boyfriend, Dear Hunter actor John Cazale, when her brother introduced her to Don, and in a matter of months, they were married.

Meryl and her sculptor husband went on to have 4 kids, and daughter Mamie Gummer is one of the more famous ones. We think Mamie looks a lot like her mom, especially in  Emily Owens, M.D. and The Lifeguard. Mamie has been married twice and is also a mother to her first child, a son.
